Istilam After a Supererogatory Tawaf

Question

Question: Is istilam (touching) of the Black Stone also performed after the two rak'as of tawaf?

Answer

After the two rak'as of a tawaf that is followed by sa'y, istilam of the Black Stone is performed when going for istilam; and after the two rak'as of a tawaf that is not followed by sa'y, there is no istilam either (“Minha”, vol. 2, p. 357).
