Changing the Order Between Stoning and Tawaf al-Ziyara

Question

Question: A hajji by mistake first performed the stoning (rami), then went and performed tawaf al-ziyara, then came back and performed the sacrifice, and then had his hair cut. What becomes wajib on the hajji according to the Shari'a in all these cases?

Answer

No dam is wajib on him, but doing so is makruh. All three of these rulings are mentioned in “Ghunyat al-Nasik”, in the tenth section (“al-Matlab al-'Ashir”) — on omitting the tawaf, the order between stoning and slaughter.
