Hajj by One Living in Saudi Arabia and Hajj from India and Pakistan

Question

A person lives in Saudi Arabia for employment. How many Hajjs can he perform? And will his Hajj be as accepted (maqbul) as that of a person who travels for Hajj from Pakistan or India? Furthermore, if this person lives in Madinat al-Nabi ﷺ, is his Hajj also of the same degree of acceptance as that of someone travelling from another country?

Answer

He may perform Hajj even every year; from Madina Tayyiba too he may perform Hajj every year. As for acceptance, two things are involved. The first is spending more wealth and bearing the hardship of a distant journey; this is obviously greater for the people of Pakistan and India and of other distant countries.
