Taking the wife’s breast in the mouth

Question

Is it permissible to take the breast of one’s lawful wife into the mouth and kiss it, and the like, or not?

Answer

In al-Shami, vol. 1, p. 31, it states: [ar]قوله: مباشرتها له، سبب تردده في المباشرة تردد البحر فيها حيث قال: ولم أر لهم حكم مباشرتها له، ولقائل أن يمنعه بأنه لما حرم تمكينها في استمتاعه بها حرم فعلها به بالأولى، ولقائل أن يجوزه بأن حرمته عليه لكونها حائضًا وهو مفقود في حقه فحل لها الاستمتاع به، ولأن غاية مسها بذكره أنه استمتاع بكفها وهو جائز قطعًا.
