Intercourse facing the qibla

Question

Is there anything objectionable in having intercourse with one’s life partner in the direction of the qibla?

Answer

Having intercourse with one’s wife with the feet pointing towards the qibla is also makruh: [ar]يُكْرَهُ مَدُّ الرِّجْلَيْنِ إِلَى الْقِبْلَةِ فِي النَّوْمِ وَغَيْرِهِ عَمْدًا، وَكَذَا فِي حَالِ مُوَاقَعَةِ أَهْلِهِ[/ar] “It is makruh to stretch out one’s legs towards the qibla deliberately, in sleep and otherwise, and likewise while having intercourse with one’s wife”…
