Taking one’s wife’s breast into the mouth

What is the ruling on taking one’s wife’s breast into the mouth? There are two cases here: first, that milk comes down into the mouth; second, that milk does not come down into the mouth.

Taking one’s wife’s breast into the mouth is permissible; however, if there is a likelihood that milk will come, then he should not do so.
