The earnings of a woman who does not observe hijab

Question

Question: Is it permissible in the Shari‘a to eat from a woman’s earnings from labour in which she does not observe hijab?

Answer

Hijab is binding upon a woman; nevertheless, her halal earnings will not be called impermissible because of her not observing hijab.
