Drinking the Sap of the Date and Palmyra Palm Is Proper If It Does Not Intoxicate

Question

Question: If one draws off from the date palm or the palmyra palm after sunset and before true dawn into a new, unused vessel and consumes it, will it be halal or not?

Answer

If there is no intoxication in it, then consuming it is halal.
