Nursing a Sick Qadiani
Question
A Qadiani relative (for instance, a maternal uncle) is paralysed in body, destitute and hard-pressed, and he has no other relative to look after him. Is it permissible or not to serve him physically or to help him financially — regarding him merely as a creature of God, a kafir and impure, just as one would tend a dog or the like?
Answer
The Qadianis are not merely kafirs but apostates (murtadds). The treatment that is extended to other kafirs is, under the Sacred Law, not extended to an apostate; therefore there should be no sympathy for an apostate.
