A Qadiani Coming to the Mosque for Prayer
Question
Persons of the Qadiani religion, at the time when the congregation is held in the mosque of the Ahl al-Sunna wa-l-Jama‘a, stand apart and perform the prayer on their own, and they also make wudu from the mosque’s ewer and with the mosque’s water. In view of the fatwa of kufr [against them], may the people of the Qadiani sect perform prayer in the mosque of the Ahl al-Sunna wa-l-Jama‘a or not? And if they may, then is there no liability upon the Ahl al-Sunna wa-l-Jama‘a?
Answer
Since the Qadianis are not Muslims, they have no prayer. They should be prevented from coming to the mosque and performing prayer there — provided there is no fear of strife (fasad).
