Had Hazrat Husayn Not Been Martyred, Would the Qur’an and Hadith Have Been Wiped Out?

Question

The respected spiritual guide himself says that had Hazrat Husayn ﵁ not been martyred, the Qur’an and the Hadith would have been wiped out. Is this correct?

Answer

It is wrong [to say] that had he not been martyred, the Qur’an and the Hadith would have been wiped out.
