A Practice That Protects from the Punishment of the Grave

Question

Kindly write down some practice by which there would be no punishment in the grave.

Answer

Guarding against impurity and always remaining in a state of purity; reciting the Holy Qur’an abundantly; following the Sunna fully; regularly reciting Surah al-Mulk before sleeping; in every prayer, after the salawat, reciting the supplication for refuge from the punishment of the grave, which contains the words “a‘udhu bika min ‘adhab al-qabr” (أعوذ بك من عذاب القبر)
