It Is Not Permissible to Give One Madrasa’s Money to a Person of Another Madrasa

Question

Is it permissible or not to give money collected in the name of a madrasa to some needy student who is not enrolled in that madrasa?

Answer

Money collected for one madrasa may not be given to any unconnected person, even if he is a student of another madrasa.
