Charging a Battery with the Mosque’s Money

Question

Loudspeakers are kept in mosques, and their battery is charged. May the expense incurred for this be paid from the mosque’s accumulated money?

Answer

If this expense is for the need of the mosque, it is permissible to meet it from the money collected for the mosque; otherwise separate provision should be made for it.
