Installing an endowed fan in another mosque

Question

Does the waqif (endower) have the right according to the Shari‘a to remove the electric fan from this mosque and install it in the mosque of another neighbourhood, when the fan has been endowed as waqf to this mosque? Will those who remove the fan be sinful or not?

Answer

Since the fan was endowed as waqf and installed in the mosque, it is not permissible to remove it and install it in any other mosque.
