Building a madrasa on mosque land

Question: Is it permissible to construct a building on the mosque’s land with the mosque’s money and take it into the use of the madrasa without any compensation, or should a separate fund be collected for the madrasa and the madrasa built?

Answer

Constructing a building on the mosque’s land with the mosque’s money and bringing it into the use of the madrasa without any compensation is not permissible; the building should be constructed separately from the madrasa’s fund.
