“You Are Outside My Nikah” Is Allusive Talaq
Question
Question: A man said to his wife: «تو میرے نکاح سے باہر ہے، اگر تو میرے گھر رہے گی تو تجھ کو بے نکاحی کہوں گا» (“You are outside my nikah; if you stay in my house, I will call you ‘a woman without nikah’”). He said these words in a state of anger, in reply to the wife’s words: «میں نہیں رہنا چاہتی» (“I do not want to stay”).
