Tayammum Because the Time Is Short

Question

In the case of a delay [in reaching] the station, may the prayer be performed with tayammum or not?

Answer

If water is not available and it is likely that the time [of the prayer] will end before reaching the station, then the prayer should be performed with tayammum.
