The Ruling on One from Whom Semen (Mani) Constantly Comes Out

Question

Semen (mani) keeps coming out of Zayd all the time. At first it did not come in all the prayer times, but now it comes in almost all the prayer times — yet not throughout the entire time of the prayer: it came in some part of the time and stopped in some part. And sometimes it also happens that one or two prayer times pass free [of it], but even that time remains doubtful; however, it happens very rarely that one or two times pass free. What is the ruling of the Shari‘a regarding such a person?

Answer

In these circumstances this person is not a ma'dhur according to the Shari‘a. Every emission of semen nullifies wudu in his case. He should clean the body, place cotton inside, and pray in this way. When wetness appears on the cotton, then the wudu will be broken, and the ruling that wudu has been nullified will be applied.
