When Does One Who Keeps Getting Drops after Urinating Become a Ma'dhur?
Question
Sometimes I am unable to put cotton in place — so am I not a ma'dhur, when urinating takes 30–40 minutes without exaggeration? Standing, sitting, walking — I get the drops of urine out in every way, and sometimes it even takes 45 minutes; it rarely happens that I am free within 15–20 minutes.
Answer
By this alone you are not a ma'dhur. However, if the full time of some prayer passes in such a state that drops keep coming continuously and you cannot get enough respite to make wudu and pray, then you will become a ma'dhur. But since it is not so — rather, after 30–40 minutes you are reassured and drops no longer come — you are not a ma'dhur.
