The Ruling on Ghusl for Involuntary Seminal Discharge and the Emission of Semen

Question

There is a man who, whenever he goes to his wife, emits semen — at night from lying beside her, or in the daytime from talking and interacting with her, or from touching her with his hand. Does bathing become obligatory because of talking with her? And there is a woman who also has the illness of involuntary seminal discharge: her semen comes out without any cause, sometimes more, sometimes less. What is the ruling for her?

Answer

If the semen comes out spurting from one’s own desire, ghusl is obligatory; ghusl is not obligatory from involuntary seminal discharge.
