If Someone Licks Semen after It Comes Out, Is Ghusl Obligatory?
Question
If a person — God forbid — causes semen (mani) to be emitted and, when it begins to come out, licks it up, is ghusl obligatory or not? And if, after ghusl had become obligatory, that man performed ghusl and finished, and then a little later semen came out without desire (shahwa), is ghusl obligatory again? Or suppose someone had intercourse (jima')
Answer
In this case too ghusl is obligatory, even if the semen came out after the desire had ended. When he had intercourse with a woman, ghusl became obligatory by the mere penetration (dukhul), whether the semen came out inside or outside, or did not come out at all. If he performed ghusl after the emission of semen and then semen came out afterwards, ghusl is obligatory again.
