Performing Ghusl after a Nocturnal Emission without Urinating

Question

If, after a nocturnal emission (ihtilam) and ejaculation (inzal), a person does not urinate and only performs ghusl, and then urinates after the ghusl — will a second ghusl be obligatory, given that no mani is noticed in the urine?
