How a Garment Becomes Pure without Wringing

Question

A garment was not wrung three times but was dried instead; or it was dried at the end; or it was not wrung with full strength — will it become pure or not?

Answer

It will. If it was wrung only at the end, and at each washing one waited long enough for the dripping to stop, and the impurity was invisible — or it was visible and has been removed — then in this case too the garment will become pure.
