A Mouse Fell into Milk and Swam

Question

If a mouse falls into a vessel filled with five kilograms of milk and swims in it, and it is taken out alive and thrown away, is the milk pure or impure? And if some Muslim shopkeeper gives such milk to Muslims in tea, what is the ruling of the purified Shari‘a for him?

Answer

That milk did not become impure (najis) by this; using it and selling it are all permissible.
