The Ruling on the Water of a Well into Which a Ball Has Fallen

Question

If a slipper, a shoe or a rubber ball whose impurity is not certain falls into a well, will the well become impure because of it or not?

Answer

In such a case the well will not be ruled impure. As a precaution, let them draw out a few buckets of water.
