The Funeral Prayer at the Time of Istiwa’

Question

If a janaza (deceased) is brought at the time of Zuhr, will the funeral prayer be permissible at that very time or not?

Answer

If the janaza is brought exactly at the time of istiwa’ (the zenith), the funeral prayer at that very time is not makruh; but if it was brought before istiwa’, then [praying it] exactly at the time of istiwa’ is makruh tahrimi.
