What should one do between two tarwihas?

Question

Here, in blessed Ramadan, in the tarawih prayer, when people rise after completing every two rak‘as, the mu’adhdhin says the following words in a loud voice: [ar]فضل من الله ورحمته ونعمته ومغفرته، لا إله إلا الله، والله أكبر، الله أكبر، ولله الحمد[/ar] “A bounty from Allah, and His mercy, and His favour, and His forgiveness; there is no god but Allah; Allah is Greatest, Allah is Greatest, and to Allah belongs all praise.

Answer

The mu’adhdhin’s saying the aforementioned words when people rise after completing every two rak‘as in the tarawih prayer has not come before my eyes in any religious book (of hadith, tafsir, fiqh or tasawwuf) — neither in a loud voice nor in a low voice. Had this been established (had it been sunna or mustahabb)
