Reciting the tarwiha tasbih aloud

Question

What is the ruling in the Sacred Law on the tasbih that is recited at every tarwiha in tarawih in the blessed month of Ramadan? And what if one person recites the tasbih in a loud voice and the participants say it in a loud voice?

Answer

During this tarwiha there is a choice: one may recite the Qur’an if he wishes, or salawat, istighfar or tasbih. But even in this, everyone should not recite in a loud voice, joining their voices together.
