Rulings on the Tarawih Prayer

Answer

Issue (1). According to the Hanafis, the tarawih in total is twenty rak‘as, and performing it in congregation is sunna. If all the people of the locality abandon the tarawih, they will all incur the burden of abandoning the sunna. (Kabiri, p. 384) Issue (2).
