May one who did not pray 'isha' in congregation pray witr in congregation?

Question

(1) If someone did not pray the fard in congregation, may he pray witr in congregation or not? (2) And if he prayed the fard in congregation but missed a few rak'as of the tarawih, may he pray witr in congregation or not?

Answer

If the congregation of 'isha' in the mosque has already finished and someone arrives afterwards, he should first pray the fard of 'isha', then the sunna, then join the tarawih, then take part in the congregation of witr, and after that pray the remainder of the tarawih.
