Praying witr in congregation after praying 'isha' alone

Question

In blessed Ramadan, Zayd prayed the 'isha' prayer as a munfarid (praying individually) and then joined the tarawih. May Zayd pray the witr prayer in congregation or not?

It is permissible for him to pray witr in congregation.
