Lowering the sleeves from the elbows during prayer

Question

If, while in prayer, one lowers the sleeve down from the elbow, is that permissible or not?

Answer

One should lower the sleeves from the elbows and then join the prayer calmly; if the sleeves remain rolled up to the elbows, the prayer will be makruh. If he has already joined the prayer in that state, he should lower the sleeves gently, with a slight movement.
