Reciting inwardly (in one’s mind)

Question

A person praying recites the qira’a inwardly, in his mind, without moving his lips and without moving his tongue. Will there be some dislikedness (karaha) in his prayer, or will it not be valid at all?

Answer

In this way the obligation (fard) will not be fulfilled, and the prayer will not be valid.
