Dhikr of “Allah, Allah” without moving the lips and tongue, and the prayer

Question

If, without the lips and tongue moving, one likewise repeats “Allah, Allah”, or the salawat, or any other of the names of Allah Most High as a wird, or recites “astaghfirullah” and the like — is this permissible or not? May one recite in this way or not?

Answer

One may recite in this way as well, but the prayer will not be fulfilled by reciting in this manner.
