Wudu broke and there is no room to get out: what should one do?

Question

A person’s wudu broke while he is standing in the middle of several rows. How is he now to get out when there is no room?

Answer

If there is room to get out, he should come out; otherwise he should end his intention (niyya) and sit down right there, and then, having performed wudu, pray the whole prayer again. If he can join the congregation at his original place, he should go and join; otherwise he should pray wherever he finds room.
