A Second Congregation in a Place Bought for Prayer
Question
(1) The issue is that a house has been bought and is used for prayer like a mosque. It has two parts, and if someone looks from outside, two buildings are seen, whose shape is as follows: if the prayer has already been performed in congregation in the prayer hall, is it permissible to hold a second congregation in this second part, which is used for the madrasa, or not?
Answer
(1) In case of need, a congregation is valid in the madrasa building as well. The prayer of a muqtadi who is ahead of the imam will not be valid. The Jumu‘a prayer should not be treated like the five daily prayers, so that if one missed the congregation in the mosque, one holds a congregation in the madrasa.
