Holding a congregation of children for practice

Question

If children are made to practise the prayer, should they say the iqama (takbir) or not?

Answer

If children are made to practise the prayer by way of instruction and they hold a congregation, their congregation should be held separately from the [adult] worshippers (musalli), and they should say the iqama as well.
