How long should ruku‘ and sajda be?

Question

Question: it is established that the Prophet ﷺ remained long in ruku‘ and sajda. May an imam follow this nowadays, or is it permissible only for the munfarid (one praying alone)?

Answer

If the muqtadis do not have the endurance [for it], the imam should content himself with the tasbih three or five times.
