Giving One’s Daughter in Marriage to a Boy with Whom One Committed Sodomy

Question

A man committed sodomy with a boy and now wishes to marry his daughter to him. Please inform us of the Shar‘i ruling.

Answer

Because of this vile act and grave sin, this man’s daughter has not become haram for that boy; rather, nikah is permitted.
