Marriage of a Woman and Her Husband’s Daughter to One Man

Question

Can a woman, together with her stepmother, be combined in the nikah of one man or not?

Answer

She can. [ar]ويجوز (الجمع) بين امرأة وبنت زوجها[/ar] “And it is permissible (to combine) a woman and her husband’s daughter” (“Alamgiri”, vol. 1, p. 277).
