Calling out “al-Salat, Eid al-Fitr” and the like before the Eid prayer

What is the ruling on saying “al-Salat, Eid al-Adha” before the Eid al-Adha prayer, and likewise “al-Salat, Eid al-Fitr” before the Eid al-Fitr prayer, or words of this kind?

Answer

The call “al-Salat, Eid al-Adha” or “al-Salat, Eid al-Fitr” before the prayer of Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Fitr has no basis: in the two Eids there is neither adhan nor iqama. At the beginning of the chapter on the eclipse prayer (bab salat al-kusuf)
