Which Opinion Carries the Fatwa on Takbir al-Tashriq

Question

Imam A‘zam ﵀ places conditions for takbir al-tashriq — cities (amsar), congregation and the like — while the Sahibayn (Imam Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad) ﵏ place no condition. On which opinion is the fatwa?

Answer

The fatwa is on the opinion of the Sahibayn; so it is in al-Durr al-Mukhtar (vol. 1, p. 564).
