Hearing the khutba is not a condition of Jumu'a

Question

If someone does not manage to hear the khutba at Jumu'a and comes and joins when the congregation has already stood up for the Jumu'a prayer, will his Jumu'a prayer be valid or not?

His Jumu'a prayer will be valid, because hearing the khutba is not a condition for every individual: [ar]الرابع: الخطبة، الخامس: كونها قبلها بحضرة جماعة تنعقد بهم ولو كانوا صُمًّا أو نيامًا[/ar] “The fourth [condition] is the khutba; the fifth is that it be before it (the prayer)
