A sermon before the khutba adhan

Question

We had sent several questions concerning one issue and received an answer. The issue concerned the Friday khutba, and the question was whether it is permissible to deliver a sermon in Urdu before the second adhan of Jumu'a. You kindly sent the answer that, by consultation with the congregation, the sermon should be started right with the first adhan and stopped without fail ten to twelve minutes before the adhan of the first khutba, so that those performing the sunna get full time to perform it.

Answer

If it is correct in the Sacred Law, and established from the era of the Companions ﵃, for a muqtadi to deliver a sermon and narrate hadiths after the Jumu'a adhan, then there is no reason to forbid it for the imam.
