Should those who missed Jumu'a pray Zuhr in congregation?

Question

When the Jumu'a prayer has already been performed in the congregational mosque, can the Zuhr prayer of those people who missed Jumu'a be [validly] performed on that same prayer place according to the Hanafi madhhab or not?

Answer

Such people are forbidden to pray Zuhr there in congregation. Since they did not catch Jumu'a, they should pray Zuhr each individually. This is what is written in the books of fiqh, such as “Radd al-Muhtar” and others.
