What is the course of action when there is disagreement about the permissibility of Jumu'a?

Question

In some places some scholars pray Jumu'a and some do not. And in some places some scholars give a fatwa that Jumu'a is permissible and some that it is not. For example, the settlement mentioned: here too some scholars, who also keep coming here, do not pray Jumu'a and hold that it is impermissible, while other scholars pray Jumu'a and hold that it is permissible; and all the teachers here, who are also scholars, pray Jumu'a and lead it.

Answer

One should act on the word of the scholar and mufti who is trusted more.
