Praying at a site where bones of the dead appeared while digging a mosque’s foundation
Question
In a certain graveyard there was a very old mosque. A long time has passed since this mosque collapsed, but some of its ruined traces remained. Taking these very traces into account, people have laid the foundation of a new mosque; however, while the foundation was being dug, some bones were also found. The foundation has already been largely closed up, and it is supposed that graves also fell within it. The question to be asked is: can the Eid prayer or any [other] prayer be valid in it in any way, or not?
Answer
If the dead have not been buried there for a long time and no traces of graves remain either, then the Eid prayer or any [other] prayer there is not prohibited, even though some bones appeared while the foundation was being dug.
