If no woman is present when a woman dies, tayammum is to be performed for her

Question

If, when a woman dies, no woman is present and some man washed her, will he be sinful or not, given that he did not keep any barrier on his hand either?

Answer

This is not permitted; repentance and seeking forgiveness (istighfar) are necessary.
