Books for Refuting Christians and the Language of the Torah and Gospel
Question
Question: Here, from time to time, occasions arise for debate and discussion with the Europeans. If you would direct us to some weighty book for refuting their beliefs, it would be of immense help, and success could be hoped for. If it is not too much trouble, please also inform us in what language the Gospel was revealed, in what language the Torah, in what language the Psalms (Zabur), and in what language the Scrolls of Ibrahim ﵇ were.
Answer
In the books “Taqrir-i Dilpazir” (“A Heart-Pleasing Discourse”), “Tafsir Haqqani” and “Izhar al-Haqq” there are sufficiently exhaustive proofs. The language in which the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms and the Scrolls of Ibrahim [were revealed] is called Hebrew and Aramaic.
